All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals on dk999 are processed in PKR back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, subject to standard processing review.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, dk999 requires identity verification. You will need to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until documentation is received and approved.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. DK999 games are governed by certified RNG and live dealer rules
All games on dk999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game type. These rules are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between general terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules take precedence for the purposes of that specific game.
Teen Patti and Andar Bahar on dk999 use physical playing cards dealt by human dealers on camera. A round is considered complete once the dealer announces the result and it is confirmed on screen. Results are recorded automatically and are final once confirmed. In cases of genuine dealing error, the round may be voided at dk999's discretion and all stakes returned.
All virtual sports outcomes on dk999 are determined by certified RNG software before the event animation plays. The animation is a visualisation of a result already generated — it does not influence the outcome. Virtual sports results are final once confirmed. Disconnection during the animation does not constitute grounds for a void or refund if the result was generated before the disconnection occurred.
Esports markets on dk999 are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant tournament operator. In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or determined to be a walkover, all affected single-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Tournament outright bets will remain open unless the tournament is cancelled entirely. In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game outcome or prevents a bet from being settled correctly, dk999 will investigate and either settle the affected bet based on available data or void it and return the stake. DK999 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection issues on the player's side.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on dk999 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting dk999 is considered a breach of these terms. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation. Any balance equivalent to the disputed amount will be held until the investigation is concluded.
DK999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We take problem gambling seriously and have implemented a set of tools available to all players from their account settings.
Players can request self-exclusion from dk999 for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. DK999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of dk999 after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.
